About Us

Hello,
we’re Tab.

Tab is based in London and San Francisco, and we're backed by Y Combinator (the investors behind Airbnb & Dropbox).

Who we are

Passionate about travel
We love to travel, and we are passionate about improving the travel experience for travellers and for the businesses they meet along the way.

Taking bookings and payments can be a hassle, from wrong information to unpredictable foreign card fees and booking commissions.

So we started Tab to help travellers and tourist businesses get a better deal.
Global by default
Some of the most interesting places in the world are the least visited, and are often overlooked. We want Tab to be available to all tourist businesses, wherever they are.

That's why we've built our systems to support the broadest range of countries, and over 100 currencies.
Backed by leading investors
Tab was founded in 2015, and is backed by Y Combinator (the investors behind Airbnb, Stripe and Dropbox) and venture capital investors across four continents.

Our experienced team members have backgrounds in technology and finance, and include alumni of Cambridge University and Harvard University. Want to join us? See available jobs.
