What I love most about Soho Rentals is the opportunity to provide a welcoming and unique experience for our guests in Buenos Aires. The Soho Rentals team was formed organically, looking for people who share my passion for hospitality and service excellence. We focus on finding employees who are not only talented, but also empathetic and committed. What I love most about the team is their dedication to making each guest feel special and welcome. In addition, we work in a collaborative environment, where we are always looking for ways to improve and learn from each other.

What has been your biggest challenge and how have you overcome this?

One of the biggest challenges has been managing during the pandemic, when global tourism came to a halt. It was a challenging time for the business, but we overcame it by adapting to the new demands, offering long-term stays for locals, reinforcing hygiene measures and using the time to improve our properties. Thanks to the flexibility and support of the team, we were able to stay afloat and emerge stronger.

What was life like before you used Tab and what has changed since then?

Tab has been a total game changer for our business. Before using Tab, transactions and payments were slower and more complicated, which was inconvenient for both us and our guests. Since we started using the platform, the payment process is much more streamlined, efficient and transparent. This has not only improved our internal administration, but has also provided a better payment experience for our customers.

What is your favourite feature that Tab offers? Why?

My favourite Tab feature is the ability to manage international payments quickly and seamlessly. Since most of our guests are tourists from other countries, this feature has made the booking and payment process much easier for us, removing the barriers that existed before.
