Refunds are easy and free. You can refund all or a part of a payment, and we refund our fees to both you and your customer.

Checkout Flow is a revolutionary booking and payment platform tailored for the travel industry. It promotes direct bookings between travelers and businesses, removing hefty commissions other platforms charge.

Use it on The Guide or embed the Checkout Flow widget on your site for seamless booking and payments with no commissions.

Can I tailor the Book Now button to my brand's look?

Currently, the Checkout widget is designed with a primary focus on ease of use, offering customers a simple and recognizable interface. Our aim is to ensure users find the booking process intuitive across various businesses.

We are attentive to the needs of our partners, and customization options are in the pipeline for the near future.

Is Checkout Flow available now?

Early access is available to selected businesses, and we aim to open Checkout Flow to all businesses later this year. You can apply for access here

Does Checkout Flow work with Channel Managers?

Currently, Checkout Flow is in the process of integrating with popular channel managers. However, in the meantime, you can efficiently manage your bookings and availability directly through our intuitive dashboard.

How do I set up the Book Now button on my site?

It's easy! Simply log in to your Checkout Flow dashboard to find the unique widget code tailored for your business. Copy and paste the code into your website's header and start taking direct bookings.

We also offer step-by-step guidance for popular platforms like Wix, Wordpress, and Squarespace.

Which cards can I accept with Checkout Flow?

Checkout Flow accepts all major credit and debit cards, including:

Do I need a profile on The Guide to use Checkout?

Yes, your profile on The Guide gives you access to your Checkout Flow dashboard for managing rooms and activities, bookings and availability.

If you wish, you can opt not to show up in The Guide’s search results and still use Checkout Flow on your site.

How and when do I receive the money from my bookings?

We send a payout for your available balance every week on a Wednesday. The vast majority of payouts arrive in your account within 1-4 days, though it can take a few days longer when there are bank holidays.

We cover the costs of sending payouts to your account, which means we may need to apply a minimum payout amount. If your balance is below this, it will roll over to the following week.

Your bank may charge you a small fee to receive a USD payment from abroad, but this is extremely rare for payments in your local currency. You can request less frequent payouts, if you prefer.

How do I manage pricing and availability?

Through your dashboard on The Guide, you control the rates and dates for travellers.

Integrations with major Channel Managers and Property Management Systems are coming soon.

What currency exchange rates do you use?

We always use pure exchange rates, with no hidden commission – so our rates are unbeatable. We handle 100+ currencies, so almost every customer can pay in their own currency.

Because of this, most customers won't be charged a foreign transaction fee or currency exchange fee by their bank or card issuer.

We update our currency rates every day. We use the mid-point between the buy and the sell rates, from major sources like Yahoo Finance, xe.com and Oanda.

How much does it cost to use Checkout Flow?

There are no additional costs! We believe in transparency, which means no hidden costs or commissions, unlike other booking platforms that charge over 15% commissions. We charge no monthly or set-up fees. You only cover payment processing fees for using our payments solution.

How do I get started with Checkout Flow?

Get started by completing our simple sign-up form where we ask for a few details about your business to help us understand if Checkout Flow is a good fit for you.

Once your application has been approved, you'll have an video-call with a member of our team to setup your account and get you activated.
