    International card fees should be transparent for you and for your customer.

    We charge your customer directly in their home currency, so they don't pay any international transaction fees or currency exchange fees, which are typically 3-12% of the payment.

    Instead, they pay Tab a 4% platform fee. This fee is always clearly shown at the time of payment.

    ‍Tab is usually the cheapest option for your customer compared to a regular card machine or paying by cash.

    Refunds are easy and free. You can refund all or a part of a payment, and we refund our fees to both you and your customer.

    We've been operating since 2015 and are registered in the US, UK and EU. We have bank grade security - all sensitive data is stored using AES-256 encryption and is sent over secure SSL connections.

We send payouts weekly direct to your bank account. We can send in over 140 local currencies - and it's free!

    On Sundays at midnight (UTC time) we check your Available Balance. We have minimum payouts - usually USD 500, but we can usually reduce it to USD 100 - just ask us!

    On Wednesdays, we send your payouts. We send in nearly every currency in the world, direct to your bank account - and there’s no charge for payouts.

    Depending on which country your bank is in, it usually takes 1-4 working days for your payout to arrive.
